The survey

A six-month run of solo builds: Phil directing, Claude implementing, across eight languages plus RISC-V assembly. Web studios, native Apple apps, creator pipelines, games, automation, and a standing attempt to build a computer from the silicon up.

Status tracks recency, not worth. The hero map lights every build by how recently it moved, so the newest work burns brightest and older sketches sit cool and dim.

The Studio & Its Sites

The business spine. The web studio, the standards every site inherits, and live client work on a personal Hetzner box. HTML / brand / ops

Opklaar

Warm

The studio itself: brand direction, a business-ops pack, client playbooks, and the AGENTS.md operating guide that governs every build.

HTML / brand / ops

Shizume

Warm

Self-hosted SvelteKit PWA behind the client sites, including the CPMMA gym app: calendar, contacts, files, feeds, docs.

SvelteKit / self-hosted

Megaran

Resting

Site and asset kit for the rapper Mega Ran: press kit, music, boss tracks, sprites. Real client work.

Site / assets

BlackWindow

Warm

A coming-soon site synced from the server. Small, but on the same deploy discipline as everything else.

Static / deploy

Standards & Templates

Warm

The meta-layer: web-build-standards, _templates, and the UI toolbox. Write a rule once, every future site inherits it.

Standards / tooling

Native Apple Apps

Swift and SwiftUI, the deepest engineering on the board. Swift / SwiftUI

Burble

Warm

AIM reborn as a retro terminal messenger over SSH. A Go Charm core plus a native SwiftUI Mac app, shipped for macOS and Windows. Phase 1 complete.

Go / SwiftUI

Tessera

Active

A persistent, Apple-native personal computing environment. Phil directs, Claude implements everything. The most active project on the board.

Swift / SwiftUI

Warmtone

Resting

iPhone-only photo sharing that recreates the original Instagram: square photos, a chronological feed, no reels, no algorithm.

SwiftUI / CloudKit

MangaDownloader

Resting

A manga downloader: a Swift shell over a Rust core doing the fetching. Two languages, one binary.

Swift / Rust

Creator Pipelines

AI voice, video, and audio, all run locally. Voice / video / audio

NeonCab

Warm

The video pipeline: one input bundle becomes a YouTube video, blog post, social posts, newsletter, and Patreon draft. Local Ollama and Qwen plus XTTS voice.

Python / Swift

Understanding Beats Guessing

Active

A video production pipeline rendering narrated 4K shorts, with its own TTS normalization and kit-folder workflow.

Python / TTS

Mastering

Resting

An audio mastering app: upload, process against profiles, get a mastered track back.

Python / audio

Ogden850

Warm

An audio generation experiment with a small web front end. One of the quieter sketches.

Python / audio

Games

The sci-fi streak, from idle crossings to engine experiments. The sci-fi streak

Space Clicker

Active

A hard sci-fi idle game: a generation ship's crossing to Proxima Centauri. Crises arrive, choices lock as standing orders, all written in a human voice.

JavaScript

Water

Warm

A game built in Godot with GDScript. An engine experiment away from web and Swift.

Godot / GDScript

Automation, Scrapers & Signals

Own-your-stack tooling: published, monetized, self-deployed. Own your stack

Apify Actors

Active

A factory of published, monetized actors: PDF text, sitemap URLs, RSS, broken-link checker, YouTube transcripts. PPE-priced through the API.

Python

Scraper

Active

A scraping service with an MCP interface and x402 micropayments, self-deployed behind Caddy. The most forward-looking of the automation set.

Python / MCP

Monitor

Resting

An RTX 5090 Founders Edition stock watcher: a loud alarm that auto-opens the page the instant it is buyable at Best Buy.

Python

Personal Computing & Hardware

The frontier, and the most telling group: a standing attempt to build a computer from scratch, at every layer from the silicon up. The frontier

TradewindOS

Resting

An operating system from scratch in RISC-V 64-bit assembly, nautical naming throughout. The deepest cut on the board.

RISC-V asm / fasmg

Cyberdeck

Warm

A portable computer designed around a Framework board, compute landing Dec 2026, with case geometry modeled in Python. Hardware decisions locked.

Hardware / Python

FOCUS

Warm

An immersive focus workspace, the LifeAt clone: video scenes, an ambient mixer, draggable widgets. An environment to work inside.

Eight languages, six domains, one operator. The breadth is not scatter, it is how a stack gets learned: build the real thing in it.
